Simply browse our collections, choose your favorite products, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you’re ready, head to checkout and complete your purchase using one of our secure payment options.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other major credit and debit cards.
All transactions are processed securely, and your payment details are never stored on our servers.


3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at pawsypetboutique@gmail.com.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.


4. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
You’ll also get a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your package is dispatched.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia: 10–25 business days

  • Latin America: 15–35 business days

  • Asia & Africa: 15–40 business days
    Please note these are estimated delivery times. Customs processing or courier delays may extend this period slightly.


7. Why did I receive only part of my order?

We work with several trusted suppliers, which means your items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
If one item arrives before another, don’t worry — the rest of your order is on the way!


8. Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs or import fees may apply.
These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly through the link provided or by using your country’s postal service website once it arrives locally.

10. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please contact us at pawsypetboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


11. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Send us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging at pawsypetboutique@gmail.com, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.


12. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Due to our international logistics model, returns for “change of mind” are generally not accepted.
However, please reach out — we always do our best to find a solution for our customers.


13. How long will my refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
It may take additional time for your bank or PayPal to credit the funds back to your account.
